This orange vanilla smoothie tastes like an orange creamsicle only with healthy ingredients that will boost immunity and give athletes the strength and stamina to compete and train like a champion!
Ingredients
1/4 cup grass fed cream or plain unsweetened homemade almond milk
1/4 cup orange Kombucha
1 small orange, peeled and quartered
1/8 tsp. orange zest
1/2 small or 1/4 large ripe banana, frozen and sliced
1 inch slice peeled raw sweet potato
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup ice
Procedure
Blend until smooth.
note: this recipe may require a high speed blender like a Vitamix to obtain a smooth consistency.
