Note: Intermediate and advanced exercises are labeled such because they require advanced levels of strength, and/or balance and coordination. I advise against beginner lifters attempting advanced exercises, however most beginner exercises are still appropriate for advanced lifters. Some exercises are labeled as more than one level due to modifications and variations to the exercise described in the post.
