Creamy, Delicious, Bananas and Cinnamon! It’s like a dessert.
Cinnamon is a powerful antioxidant, has anti-inflammatory properties and can help control blood sugar. It’s also one of my oldest son’s favorite spices and this is his favorite smoothie.
Ingredients
1/3 cup homemade almond milk or milk of choice
1/3 cup pasture raised cream, coconut cream, or replace with another 1/3 cup of milk of choice
1 medium to large very ripe banana, frozen and sliced
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup ice
Procedure
Blend until smooth.
Note: When your bananas start to turn brown, peel, cut in half and freeze in a zip lock bag. I always have frozen bananas on hand. They make for creamy smoothies.
