Functional training builds on foundational movements and neuromuscular patterns needed for health, everyday life activities, and injury prevention. Beginners will be taught basic movement mechanics that will set the stage for more advanced training. Strength, mobility, balance, and coordination will be improved both bilaterally and unilaterally with functional equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, stability balls, bands, and more! Exercises will be adapted for each individual in the group based on experience, current health, and fitness level.
